Ingredients: 1 litre Milk 1/4 cup Maida 1/4 cup Sooji Ghee Water For Sugar Syrup 200 gm. sugar 200 ml. water Method: 1. Roast sooji till light brown. 2. Till the sooji roasts, boil the milk till it reduces to 1/2 its quantity. 3. Now add the roasted sooji to the milk along with maida. Keep stirring so that no lumps are formed. 4. Check that it have a smooth pouring consistency. 5. Now heat the ghee and pour the batter in circular movements to form a small pan cake. 6. Turn over so that it does not become hard 7. Prepare the syrup with sugar and water of 1 thread consistency. Dip the malpura in the syrup and lay out on a plate.
